Terms & Conditions

To book a table, you must be dining with us as we don't allow drink only bookings. Tables can be booked in advance online. If you need to make a same-day booking, please email eyup@northern.kitchen and a member of staff will contact you to confirm availability. 

 

You can book online for up to 8 guests. For larger group bookings or private events, it’s best to get in touch so our team can look at the options and advise how we can best accommodate you.

Pre-Authorisation: During peak periods, we may take card details to secure your table however there is no charge made to the card in advance. Please note, if you do not honour your booking or provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel, a £5pp charge will be applied.

Pre-Paid Deposits: A pre-paid deposit may be required for key seasonal dates, private parties, peak hours, group bookings or special occasions. All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

Cover Times: All table bookings have an allocated booking time. We kindly ask that you're ready to be seated promptly at the start of your booking. Tables will be held for a 10-minute grace period, if you're more than 10 minutes late you may lose your table. Bookings will be deemed as a no-show if arriving more than 10-minutes late without forewarning us.

 

Amendments To Bookings: If you need to make an amendment to your booking, we require at least 24 hours notice. We'll re-confirm with you if we're able to accommodate any changes.

 

Cancellations & No Shows: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a booking and may hold your deposit for a 3-month period whereby you can re-book your table with us for another date. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then the deposit will be forfeited. In the event a deposit refund is approved, please allow up to 10 working days to receive the funds back.

 

Table Allocation: All tables are automatically allocated at the time of booking by our system and specific tables cannot be guaranteed. If you require a wheelchair friendly table, please let us know in advance. 

 

Dietary Requirements: If you or a member of your group has an allergy, intolerance or any other special dietary requirements, just let us know when you book, and our team will be ready to accommodate on the day. You can find all our menus on our website. We also have allergen charts available in-store. Ask your server if you’d like to see one.

 

Children: We welcome children of all ages. Unfortunately, we don’t have the space to accommodate prams or pushchairs so politely ask customers to bring babies in their car seats. If you require a high chair, please let us know in advance.
